The Shipper program has several configuration settings that you can use to adjust behavior. To look at or change the settings, select Settings from the Shipper menu.
| Full Address Format | This is a template for how Shipper will display addresses in lists. The template is pretty easy...just wrap the address field names in curly braces. The default is "{Country}; {Region}; {City}; {Line1}; {PostalCode}". |
| Customer Name Format | This is a template for how Shipper will display customer names in lists. Like the Full Address Format template, just wrap the customer fields in curly braces. The default is "{FirstName} {LastName}". |
| Default Service | This is the default service that will be assigned to each package when it is downloaded. You can use the Assign Service automation task to assign a specific service to each package. |
| Mail Servers | The Send Order Email and Send Package Email automation tasks use SMTP to send the email. All SMTP mail server settings that you enter when you create the tasks are shown here. |
| AddressDoctor | Enter your AddressDoctor account information to enable address verification. |
| ShipRush | Assign ShipRush settings for Launch at Startup, Label Printer, and Template. |
| UPS WorldShip | Select or erase the UPS WorldShip XML Auto Import File Folder, and define QVN settings. |
| Database Cleanup | Shipper normally keeps order and package information indefinitely so you can create historical reports and run data trend analyses. Use Database Cleanup options to delete fully shipped orders. |
