This task sends an email using the data from the current package.
- Select Shipping > Stores from the Navigation pane.
- Double click on a Store to open the configuration window.
- Select the Order Tasks tab.
- Click on New > Send Package Email from the Package Tasks tool bar.
- Select the Trigger that will cause the task to run.

If you want the task to run after the shipping information is recorded in the store, use the "After upload" trigger. - Edit the Criteria using the Filter Editor.
- Select or Add the Mail Server to use.
- Enter the From address (expression field).
- Enter the To address (expression field).
- Optionally select a Report.

If you select a Report, then Shipper will generate the report using the current package and either attach it to the email, or send the report as the body of the email. - Select the email Format.

If you select a Report, then you can attach the report as an MHT, PDF, RTF, or XLS file. Otherwise you can convert the report to HTML or plain text and use it as the body of the email. - Enter the Subject contents (expression field).
- Enter the Body contents (expression field).

If you select a Report and select HTML or Text Format, the report will replace whatever you enter in the Body field. - Click on Save and Close.
