Glossary Item Box

Requires UPS WorldShip 2009 version 11 or higher. UPS WorldShip does not need to be on the same computer with Shipper, but both programs must be able to read and write to the UPS WorldShip XML Auto Import File Folder.
  1. In UPS WorldShip
    1. Start XML Auto Import
  2. In Shipper
    1. Select Shipping > Packages from the navigation pane.
    2. Select the package(s) that you want to label.
    3. Click on Export Package to UPS WorldShip.

The Export Package to UPS WorldShip button will be disabled if any of the selected packages have a non-UPS service assigned.

The first time you click on Export Package to UPS WorldShip, you will be prompted to select the UPS WorldShip XML Auto Import File Folder. Select the same folder that you selected in step 1a.

After UPS WorldShip prints the label, Shipper will automatically read the tracking number and run all of the matching "After Printing Label" package tasks.
