By default, Shipping Agent will download all orders from your store regardless of their status. If you only want to download orders with a particular order or payment status, follow these steps:

  1. Select Shipping > Stores from the navigation pane.
  2. Double click on your Store to open the configuration window.
  3. Select the Order Statuses tab.
  4. Uncheck the Download field of any order status that you do not want to download.
  5. Select the Payment Statuses tab.
  6. Uncheck the Download field of any payment status that you do not want to download.
  7. Click on Save and Close.

After making these changes, Download New Orders will only download orders with the order status and payment status that you selected.

Example

In this example, the underlying store supports 6 different order statuses. Shipper has been configured to only download orders with order status "Shipment Pending".
