If your store supports integrated package tracking, Shipper allows you to assign the appropriate tracking provider to each package. Then Shipper will assign that tracking provider to the package in your store when you upload the tracking information.

If your store is configured to use real-time rates from a specific carrier (like UPS), then the appropriate tracking provider will already be assigned to the package when download the order from your store. However, if your store is configured to calculate shipping costs using a generic method such as fixed cost or percent of order total, then no tracking provider will be assigned. In that case, you will need to tell Shipper which tracking provider to use when you upload the tracking information.

You can manually assign a tracking provider by opening the package, selecting the Label tab, and then picking the tracking provider. Or you can automatically assign a tracking provider using the Assign Tracking Provider automation task.
