Shipper does not delete old orders and packages after they have been processed, and you can analyze this valuable information using the Reporting tools in Shipper. Eventually however, Shipper will slow down as the number of old orders grows. When that happens, you can use the database cleanup features to delete old, fully shipped orders.

Delete Old Orders When Shipped

  1. Select Settings from the Shipper menu.
  2. Select the Database Maintenance tab.
  3. Enter the number of days you want to keep orders in Shipper.
  4. Check Delete Old Orders When Shipped if you want Shipper to delete old orders when they are fully shipped. Fully shipped means every package in the order has been shipped.
  5. Click on OK.

Delete Old Orders Now

  1. Select Settings from the Shipper menu.
  2. Click on Delete Old Orders Now if you want to delete old, fully shipped orders right now.
