To backup and restore a store configuration, use Save Store Configuration and Load Store Configuration. To backup and restore a single report, use Save As and Open in the Report Designer. To backup and restore all Shipper data, use Windows backup and restore.

Backup a Store Configuration

1. Select Shipping > Stores from the navigation pane.
2. Double-click on the Store you want to backup.
3. Select Save to File from the menu.

Restore a Store Configuration

1. Select Shipping > Stores from the navigation pane.
2. Select New > Store from the menu or double-click on an existing Store to open the configuration.
3. Select Load from File from the menu.

Backup a Report

1. Open the report using the Report Designer.
2. Select File > Save As from the Report Designer menu and save the report definition.

Restore a Report

1. Start a new report or edit an existing report that uses the same data type (Package, Order, etc).
2. Select File > Open from the Report Designer menu and open the report definition file that you previously saved.

Backup and Restore All Shipper Data Using Windows Backup and Restore

Use Windows Backup to backup all the files in the Shipper data directory. To find the Shipper data directory, select Help > About from the Shipper menu and then click on Open Data Directory.
