Login to the Shipper Service Configuration page by following these steps:

1. Load default.aspx from the services folder of your web site into a browser.

   For added security you can rename default.aspx so that it is not loaded automatically if someone is browsing the services folder.

2. Enter the Admin Username and Password.
   
   

   If you have StoreFront 6.0

   The Admin Username for a StoreFront store is the Primary Email Address of the underlying store. The admin Password is the Customer password for the corresponding Customer account. If there is no Customer account that uses the Primary Email Address, then you must create one and assign a password.

   To find the Primary Email Address follow these steps:

   1. Load Merchant Tools in a browser.
   2. Select E-Mail from the menu.
   3. The Primary Email Address is labeled Your E-Mail Address.

    

   To find the corresponding Customer password:

   1. Load Merchant Tools in a browser.
   2. Select Customers from the menu.
   3. Search for the Primary Email Address.
   4. If you find the matching customer account, click on the Edit button to see the Password.
   5. If you do not find a matching Customer account, click on the Add New button to create a Customer account using the Primary Email Address and assign the Password.

   If you have StoreFront 7.0

   You may use any administrator username and password, except for the Built-in Administrator. The administrator must have a role with permission to perform the following tasks: "Customers", "Orders", and "Manage Administrators".

   If you have BV Commerce 2004 or BV Commerce 5

   You may use any BV Commerce user with the default Admin Role assigned.

3. Click on the Login button.
